Incentives to base your edtech company in the ZMTB building in Beijing

I visited Beijing last month and part of my trip included visiting the ZMTB “MOOC” building in Beijing. The building is part of the state initiative to support edtech. (I visited alongside Jeff from Edsurge, you can read the background here)

ZMTB are keen to welcome international edtech companies to be housed in the building and become part of Beijing’s edtech scene. They are offering low rates in order to incentivise.

“As I mentioned last time, one of the next plan for ZMTB is being international. We’d love to welcome the edtech startups from UK and help them expand Chinese market.”
