This week I’m in conversation with Heidi Fraser-Krauss, Director of Information Services at the University of York and recent winner of CIO of the Year at Computing’s Women in IT Excellence Awards. This is is our second of three recordings from Ovum’s Future Edtech event focused on innovation in the higher education sector.
