With the aim to change the way work and life interact, Riccarda and her team developed a unique learning methodology that transforms life experiences into business skills. Her platform is used by more than 80 companies worldwide, involving over 30.000 users.

A keen cyclist, she has recently relocated to West Devon which she considers the English version of the Pyrenees. She is very lucky to work with a distributed team on The Edtech Podcast.
