Say hello to our new intern, Liz Reed, from Temple University, Philadelphia
This week at The Edtech Podcast we welcome new intern Liz Reed to the team. Liz is here for the next six weeks to help with our podcast social media and episode promotion, as well as a whole raft of other projects. (There’s always more than enough to do)! Where are you from?
Pittsburgh, PA
What are you studying and where?
I’m studying Advertising at Temple University.
How are you finding London? What’s good, what sucks?
I love London. It’s a beautiful city with so much to do, I just wish everything stayed open later.
What are your interests and where do you see yourself professionally?
I’m ultimately interested in digital media and social media. I have a real creative side so I would love to integrate that into what I do. I’d love to end up as a copywriter at a small ad agency.
What excites you about your internship with The Edtech Podcast?
Gaining experience and learning about a new industry.
What are 3 things people don’t know about you?
I started with my major as International Business, before switching to Advertising. I don’t watch Stranger Things. Horror is my favorite genre of movie.
If money was no object, what would you be doing right now?
Moving to London, buying a perfect apartment and starting over.
